It seems that Nvidia is extending their “Super” range of GPUs down to the GTX  series cards. These cards pack “Ti-level” performance and specs all bundled into a GPU priced as a mid-range card. The 1660 is poised and seems to be the likely successor to the 1060. Not to outdate its newer cards Nvidia arent giving these cards real-time ray-tracing, the standard for their RTX series cards. To keep these cards competative however Nvidia have stated that these new “Super” cards offer double the performance of the GTX 10-series and about 50% extra performance than the standard GTX 1660. These cards also will be coming with the new Nvidia driver which brings support for new features like; ReShade, Nvidia Ultra Low Latency (G-Sync supported), Enhanced Customisable Image Sharpening and Turing Encoder.
