Red Dead 2 is everyone’s lovable western-themed shooter developed by Rockstar Games. Hitting the market at Halloween last year, this prequel took the internet by storm. Revealing the backstory surrounding Dutch’s gang, this chaotic shooter takes us back to 1899. where we experience the story from Arthur Morgan’s perspective. Until now, in typical Rockstar fashion players have exclusively enjoyed this title on the Xbox One and Playstation 4. Seemingly keeping quiet about a potential PC release.
Well, the wait is finally over and the silence has broken. earlier today Rockstar have officially announced a PC edition of the beloved game and it’s not that far away either! Hitting the PC for November the 5th 2019. Perfectly timed for the holidays.
So if you fancy diving into the world of Arthur Morgan and his outlaw buddies on the PC you can!
What does this mean? Well apart from the fact that the guys on PC can finally come along for the ride? Firstly, mod support. Remember when GTA V first released on PC, mods were a pretty big thing and pushed the game to its limits whilst quadrupling the replayability factor of the game.
Does this mean that RDR2 will share the same fate? Well, nothing has been announced or confirmed as of yet but we will keep you updated as soon as we hear.
